Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION CHARGES

For cancellations by Guests, cancellation charges depend on when TripsPoint Bookings Llimited receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CUSTOMERS:

Motor Scooters, Motorbikes and Motorcycles listed on Website:

– 48 hours or less prior to the tour start time: No Refund

– 49 to 72 hours prior to the tour start time: 50% Cancellation Fee

– 73 to 168 hours prior to the tour start time: 25% Cancellation Fee

– 169 or more hours prior to the tour start time: Full Refund

CANCELLATIONS OF ANY BOOKING CAUSED BY TRIPSPOINT BOOKINGS LIMITED, TENERIFE HOST, THIRD PARTY TOUR OPERATORS, DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND ANY OTHER REASONS:

– Always: Full Refund

All cancellations or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. TripsPoint Bbookings Llimited will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF RENTAL OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED, INCLUDING, IF IT CAUSED BY CHANGED WEATHER CONDITION AFTER START OF THE RENTAL PERIOD.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your rental period not utilized.
